바이오 및 의약품 분리 정제용 정밀여과 막을 상업적으로 생산할 수 있는설비를 영국, 이태리, 일본에 제작 판매 실적이 있으며, 또한 본 설비를 사용하여 여러 기공(0.1 ~ 0.5 micron m)의 MF 평막을 제조할 수 있는 제조 공정을 개발하였다.

SepraTek has successfully developed a commercial scale of casting machine for fabricating flat MF membrane for bio and pharmaceutical applications and has a number of references of the casting machine to England, Japan, and Italy. SepraTek has also delveloped casting processes with the casting machine, which are able to fabricate flat MF membranes with pores 0.1 ~ 0.5 micron m.
