MANUFACTURING LINE

SepraTek has established the innovated TIPS (Thermally Induced Phase Separation) process which...

01
hollow fiber composite membrane
so SepraTek™ hollow fiber composite membranes reinforced by the braid possess an excellent pressure-resistance as well as a good dimensional stability in organic solvents even at high temperature.
02
PP hollow fiber membrane
PP hollow fiber fabricated by the TIPS process has a symmetric porous structure, meaning identical porous structure across membrane thickness from inner surface to outer surface as can be seen in SEM pictures below.
03
hydrophilic PE hollow fiber membrane
ranging from acidic to alkalic circumstances, and also stable against chemicals as much, superior to PVDF membrane
04
Pervaporation system
SepraTek can design and supply complete separation systems based on pervaporation/vapor permeation. SepraTek supplies completely preassembled units as well as (basic) engineering with components.
05
Vapor permeation system
A membrane system is designed and engineered through systematical simulation and a sequence of groundworks so as to maximize membrane performance as well as the economical value of the membrane process.
06
Membrane contactor system
SepraTek™ membrane contactor is designed for removal of CO2 by absorption into water at high pressure and then degassing of CO2 from aqueous solution at low pressure.

R&D equipments

For many years, SepraTek has carried out several R&D projects. Some of the projects were performed through collaborative works along with universities, state-run R&D centers, and client companies. This scope and experience has enabled us to develop a deeper understanding of particular needs for facilities to embody R&D activities. Thus, SepraTek has a reputable expertise in designing and building R&D-friendly equipments, apparatuses, and system, through numerous working experiences in R&D area. We strive to not only construct effective products for R&D work, but also satisfy the most demanding requirements for superior technology and services. We are working on Installations and Systems for R&D in both lab and pilot scales.
