A new membrane casting machine is on market now. it has the following specification;

 1. Equipped with slot die with temperature control

 2. A system which is able to prepare dope solutio and to pump it to the slotdie.

 3. Adjusment of air gap after casting

 4. Casting of dope solution in both horizontal and vertical directions 

 5. A humidity chamber in which humidity and temperature can be controlled to control phase separation process on the cast dope solution.

 6. Temperature control in coagulant liquid

 7. Controlling of both tension and line speed of cast web.
