OSN을 위한 중공사형 모듈 test용 Permeator를 출시하였습니다.

SepraTek has successfully developed Nanofiltration Permeator for characterizing OSN (Organic Solvent Nanofiltration) hollow fiber membrane, releasing the permeator into the maket. 

 

Below are the specifications of the OSN Permeator:

• Feed Temperature: Max. 100 ^oC
• Feed Pressure: Max. 30 bar
• Feed flow rate: Max. 15 liter/min 
• Pressurizing circulation pump; HydraCell with PTFE linning in the inside 
• Number of modules to be able to be equipped: 2 in series or parallel
• Feed tank: 20 L
• Permeate tank: 5 L
• Made of organic solvent-resistant materials 
• Measurement of flux: Indirect measurement via measuring volume change of feed in the feed tank with 1.5% accuraccy.
• Data acquisituin system for displaying and storing of operating parameters 

 

It is possible to fabricate the permeator on customized basis.
